are Many Ways to Support Our Center
DONATE As a nonprofit organization we are
always struggling to continue to provide quality programs
while still keeping a watchful eye on costs. This is never
easy in a small community. Fortunately for us, we have many
supporters from near and far who help to keep our doors
open and keep us running at top performance. Become a member
of ICC, a 501(c)(3) corporation. Your contributions are
tax-deductible for income tax purposes to the extent provided
for by law. We've made it easy for you to donate and pledge
to ICC. Simply click here to donate online now or you can
call (207)367-2735. Any and all financial help is always
needed and most appreciated.
OPEN THE DOOR CAMPAIGN $185 will keep our
doors open for one day.
Send your donation today and indicate what day you would
like us to "open our doors" to the community.
Often people chose a birthday, anniversary or other special
occasion to commemorate. Gifts in honor or memory of special
friends are listed in our printed newsletter, weekly column
in the local newspaper and displayed on our monthly calendar
that hangs in our hall. Or you may elect to make your donation
anonymously.
ASK your friends and colleagues to donate
to the Island Community Center in honor of your birthday,
anniversary, or other special occasion. Or honor them with
a gift and we will send your friends or family a letter
describing your thoughtfulness.
DONATE STOCK Investors may avoid capital
gains taxes and are entitled to a full value charitable
deduction. Contact our office for details.
NAME the Center as a beneficiary of your
retirement plan or insurance policies. There are many ways
to leave a legacy of compassion through a gift. Learn more

THROW a house party or organize a holiday
gathering and ask that a donation be made to us in lieu
of gifts being exchanged.

VOLUNTEER... Make a gift of your time and
energy.

fabulous source of new friends for us. By providing us with
